1. Who we are

Private Jet to the Hamptons is a service operated by Charter Jet One, an air charter broker. Private Jet to the Hamptons is an air charter broker and is not a direct air carrier. We do not own or operate aircraft; every flight is operated by an FAA Part 135 (or foreign equivalent) direct air carrier in operational control of the aircraft.

2. Information on the site

Drive and flight times, timetables, hourly ranges and one-way figures are estimates offered for planning, not offers.

3. Quotes and bookings

Nothing binds you or us until a charter agreement is signed, and you learn which carrier will operate the flight before you book. Each flight depends on the operator's confirmation.

4. Taxes, fees and extras

Quotes reflect the taxes and fees known at the time, including federal excise tax on domestic flights. Government charges may change, and costs that depend on the day, such as de-icing, can apply as the agreement provides.

5. Changes and cancellations

They are handled under the charter agreement you sign.

6. Safety decisions

The operating carrier holds operational control of the flight and makes the final decision on weather, routing, crew and safety.

7. Liability

So far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss connected with this site, or for what operators and other third parties do or omit to do. This does not restrict any liability that the law prevents us from limiting.

8. Governing law

These terms are subject to the laws of the United States and the State of New York.

9. Updates

We may change these terms from time to time; the version dated on this page applies.
