How we treat what you share when you ask for a Hamptons flight. Effective 9 October 2026.

| Who handles requests | Quote requests submitted on this site are handled by Charter Jet One, the air charter broker that operates Private Jet to the Hamptons. |
| What we receive | Your name, email address and phone number; the trip you describe, including airports, dates, travellers and notes; and the referring page and campaign tags (such as utm_source) attached to your visit. |
| What it's for | Answering your request, organising and supporting the flight if you book, and, only with your tick in the offers box, sending Hamptons empty legs and offers. You can opt out whenever you like. |
| Who else sees it | The carrier that would operate your flight and the service providers involved in quoting and booking it. We never sell personal information. |
| How long we keep it | For as long as the trip and our legal, tax and accounting duties require. After that it is deleted or anonymised. |
| Your rights | You may ask to see, correct or delete your information by replying to any email from us or by leaving a note through the quote form. |
| Cookies | Only cookies essential to running the site. There is no analytics and no advertising tracking. |
| Children | The site is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16; a parent or guardian provides a minor's details for a booking. |
| Changes | Revisions will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. |
